High School: As a standout defensive presence on a Dematha team that appeared in its sixth consecutive state championship game, Waters recorded over 60 tackles in addition to a pair of interceptions. At 6-foot-1 and nearly 200 pounds with a 40-yard dash that has been clocked under 4.5 seconds, plenty of schools have shown interest in the ball hawk who stated he is close to making a final decision.
