College: Williams is a true freshman who has received a significant amount of playing time at the running back position.

High School: He was considerd one of the top inside runners in the country and is the No. 3 all-time rusher in Class AAA in the state of Virginia. Williams has earned earned All-Region, All-District, All-MET and All-State honors at Woodbridge Senior High School.
