Junior Ronald Duke Baines of Eastern Regional High School in Vorhees is an up-and-coming defensive back. His ability to excel in man-to-man coverage has led to him receiving varsity playing time as early as his sophomore year alongside current Rutgers cornerback Logan Ryan.
