Kyle Heggs – formerly of West Philadelphia Catholic High School (Pa.) and currently attending Kingsway Regional High School (N.J.) – will be returning to West Philadelphia in the fall for his senior season. After moving across state lines during his sophomore year, he faced disciplinary action for his chronic lateness – despite being powerless to help it. Eventually the detentions and summer school sessions became too much to deal with and Heggs switched over to Kingsway Regional. Now, after discussing the situation at length with school officials, West Philadelphia Catholic is welcoming him back with open arms.
