The 6-foot-8 senior power forward grew up playing soccer more than 2,000 miles southeast, in his home country of Trinidad and Tobago, where he lived until he was 12 years old. It wasn’t until the summer before he was to begin high school that Jack would have a chance run in with a stranger, who would introduce him to the sport and change his life. The stage now belongs to the lanky forward who many are calling the best big man product out of Rice since Shagari Alleyne, who spent three years at Kentucky before transferring to Manhattan
