His size and athleticism will be a welcomed addition to the Rutgers program, which only has three scholarship front court players on their roster. At Paterson Catholic High School (N.J.), he averaged 12.0 points and 6.6 rebounds along with 4.0 blocked shots while helping the Cougars to a 28-1 record. The Cougar’s only lost was to St. Anthony’s in the New Jersey Tournament of Champions.
