Head coach Greg Schiano addressed the media following a competitive morning practice session. During the season finale against West Virginia, it became evident that wide receiver Tim Brown's ankle injury was becoming unmanageable. Schiano confirmed that the senior's status is still uncertain for the bowl game against UCF.
